Start Taking Online Payments
Stripe is an online payment processing system that allows you to collect payments online. Bloom Bookings utilizes Stripe to enable online payments. Onboarding only takes 5 minutes of your time, and requires you to fill out necessary information about your business. Once onboarded, you can set a price on any booking you create. Doing so will prompt your customers to pay prior to reserving a booking with you. Get started by clicking on the notification on first log-in, or click "Payments & Refunds".
Create Your Bookings
Create your first booking by going into the Manage Bookings page. Select a name, price, availability, and whether or not it repeats, and that's all you need for it to show up on your scheduler.
Give Yourself A Break
Are you travelling from site to site as a photographer? Or do you just need a breather? You can create breaks between appointments so you're not working back-to-back. Go to your Settings page and add padding to enable this feature.
Stay On Top of Your Calendar
Simply add your phone number or email in your Settings page, and whenever a customer books you online, we'll send a notification over. And don't worry - we also send your customers notifiations on confirmation and as a reminder prior to the booking.
Start Getting Customers
We generate your own unique booking webpage URL for you to share with your customers. If you already have a website, you can also install our embedded scheduler using the iFrame code we generate for you.
